Helicycle sighting!!

Finally spotted my first Helicycle out in the real world. Was fueling up the truck at a station located on the NE corner of LA Hwy 27 and I-10 in Sulphur, LA on Feb 29th. I heard a soft whistling sound overhead and looked up and there it was. The guy was heading southbound, paralleling Hwy 27 at an estimated 700 to 1000 feet or so. I know it's a small helicopter but I was amazed at how quiet it was. It was very cool and I have to admit to being a bit green!

I see your from Texas City. We have a hangar out at Anauac with 8 gyros currently hangared there. We are out there just about every Saturday, stop on in sometime and visit us. We are having our Fly-In September 14th and 15th, hope to have 20 - 25 gyros there, and hopefully a helicycle or two.
