Used Magellan GPS 315 handheld for sale.

This GPS is powered by either 2 internal AA batteries, or via an included 12VDC power adapter, the later which will enable wiring it directly to an aircraft electrical system (requires you to provide an appropriate fuse).

Original manual and reference card included.

This unit was used on my GyroBee for several years until a recent GPS upgrade. Overall in great condition, but with a little residue left on the back where I had some self adhesive Velcro applied.

If you're looking for a water proof, high quality, basic GPS for maintaining positional awareness, knowing ground speed, and navigation to specific points, this GPS is what you need. It does NOT contain built in map capabilities (moving or otherwise), but it will record your track, distance flown, etc. It's best feature (in my opinion) is its highly customizable screens... with one screen in particular having large easy to read characters.

Only $55.00 with USPS Priority Mail shipping anywhere in the contiguous USA included. I prefer payment via PayPal.

Complete product features and specifications can be seen on the Magellan web site here:

Please email me if interested.

Best regards,

John L.

The 315 is a pretty good little unit.
I have one, but I lost my DataSend CD.

If anyone out there has one, I would really appreciate a copy.
I'll pay for the cost of the CD and shipping.

Mike,

I have one I can copy.

Give your mailing address and I'll send a copy to you. If I can't figure out how to copy it, I'll send you the original.

Alan

Mike,

I haven't been able to find my DataSend CD. I'll keep looking, but suggest you go to plan B.

If I find the CD I'll let you know.

Sorry,
Alan
