I received a phone call today that long time Friend Glen Bundy - former PRA Board member & Current museum curator has passed. Glen was the fellow that got me involved in the PRA back in the 90's & helped me build the Gadget. He was a wealth of knowledge about gyros & rotorcraft. He started the museum & collected various rotorcraft over the years for the PRA museum. He has helped countless individuals with there dream of flying Gyros! He will be missed!

Glen's knowledge of the gyro's in the museum is irreplaceable!! The museum will continue but he was there almost every day.
I fear no one else on the museum board lives that close and has the time off.

He was my arms and legs at Mentone for me/PRA as I'm in San Diego Ca.
He's had a lung infection for 2 or 3 months they think it was gone then back again. When he went into the hospital a month or so ago I'd call him every day and he was improving.
He just wanted to go home!!!

This is a HUGE loss to me personally, the museum, PRA, and our entire community.

I am deeply saddened by the news.
Glen worked so hard to keep the history and passion of gyroplanes alive.
The museum looked the best I have ever seen it at the convention this year.

Glenn will be deeply missed by us at the Mentone Aero Club and the museum, but we plan to keep both alive in his memory. We hope to one day be able to afford to build that second building Glenn's been wanting for a while now to keep the museum growing.

Rufus Howard and I will be managing the museum going forward. It's true we don't live as close as Glenn did --- he was 5 minutes away, and we're both about an hour --- but we will do our best

Josh, thank you so much for being part of the solution. Many call PRA for an appointment to view the museum with Glen even though he was there almost every day. I'll forward them to you.
Consider renaming it the Archomedies Glen Bundy Musem??? He's earned it with actions and words!!

Glen is so pleased that you have stepped up.
I know this for a fact.

Over the time he was in the hospital. We both brought up we need to find younger people to replace us.
He mentioned your name 3 times as one of his best hopes to replace him.

If there is anything PRA can do to help just let me know and thank you for being one of PRA's raffle witnesses as Glen was.
Please express our condolences to his brother and try and express how much he will be missed.
