I been waiting for some good weather to do some real cross-country flying. Finally got the chance to check out a new friends dirt runway 20 miles from Hemet airport. I been further but its been sometime since my last real cross-country flight. Soon I will be putting in the time to do some really far cross-country flights to Corona and on to Cable airport and back to Hemet. I will have to see how many miles that is but people that know the area will say this is no small challenge!

Here is some pictures of my new friend Chuck's runway, Its 1086 feet long. I wanted to post the pictures for Dave and others to check out. He said anyone is welcome to land there and use his runway.

I love x-cntrys. The rolling hills look wonderful.

Thanks Tina. That is a decent looking runway and it looks like a good place to fly, lots of open space.
