I noticed that many people bring scooters, mini-bikes, bicycles and the like to the events, (people like me even build goofy 3 wheelers :) ) I noticed that Joe Pires had a really neat bicycle with a small gas engine... So I did some research and found where you can get the parts online, or get kits etc, Much lighter than a scooter, and perfect for zipping back and forth.

Jaley made a riding friend at Bensen Days. I don't remember her name but she was very nice and polite. One thing I noticed this year was the older teenagers took over the kid's water slide while all the younger kids were tearing up the back trails on their awesome machines! I'm proud of all of the young ones at Bensen Days. I don't think there were any incidents. Lots of fun for all ages. I'll continue to bring my kids and let them roam...they had a blast. Jaley is already bugging me to go to Mentone. See ya'll soon!
