Basically they don't anything yet except low clouds and bad visibility around the time and fire upon impact. Engine fuel pumps and key was in on position and rotor hit a tree branch on the way down.

One erroneous sentence states that the severing of the tree branch proves that the engine was producing substantial power. With an unpowered rotor, of course, one thing has nothing to do with the other.
