Very expensive.
Very heavy - trust me, they weight alot more than you would think.
And since they install under the keel, in the machine like the bee with the seat installed fairly high up off the keel, the level of wind protection will not be that great. If you look at a Dominator, you will see the seat is as low to the keel as possible leaving only just enough room for the controls to clear the bottom of the seattank. This puts the pilot behind the pod and windshield. Put this pod on a gyrobee and the pilots head and upper body will be above the windshield.
My advise is to buy a heated motorcycle riding suit and hook it up to a Key West regulator that will give you 12 volt power off the Rotax 503 on your bee. The suit and regulator will cost less than the unpainted and un finished pod, and can be used in your aerolight fixed wing as well.
