Elastomeric Bearings

Could anyone provide pictures of the elastomeric bearings and a description of the process required to change them out?

Does removing the blades affect the overall tracking/balancing once all is reassembled following elastomeric changeout ?

If on helicopters 500\ 300 you should be able to remove refit (rubber variety) with no problem as long as they go back in same station.
The datum length on both above machines it is very important for smooth flight if they don't return to datum after flight they are usually shot & it is a problem to T&B, sweeping blades is a recipe for shortening damper life.
Sweeping usually means blade weights are not same.
