I"m replacing the mast on a two place tandem gyro. Is anyone with a drill jig interested in renting one out? I'm willing to pay a reasonable fee, deposit if necessary. Willing to trade large amounts of 1x2 tubing with multiple "vent" holes.

I found one hole in each tube where the drill had scarred the inside of the tubing. I will also be replacing the plates attached to the keel and the cheek plates. Guess its the cost of buying a used machine.

Might not be a bad idea. Can you send me a picture, or specs on the spacing, size of holes for bits, etc? I have some work to do one my enclosed as well. The enclosed has 2x2 tubing as well as 1x2. All are 1/8 inch wall thickness.

Thanks Jake.
