I have a 69.5 in warp drive and would like to cut it down to 68 inches. Can I just lop of the ends of the prop and insure the balance? What about reshaping the end of the prop to a round shape vs the current square shape?

Warp drive props are easy to shorten. I have done it to three props. I cut them with a bandsaw and use sand paper on the tips to finish and balance. I salvaged two props with damaged tips by reshaping the tips from square to round and they fly great.
