In a recent post you said about out of track blades :
"Out of track = vertical shake with about the same period as a galloping horse"

Could you please explain the mechanism by which the force that creates this vertical shake is created and what gives it this galloping horse period or frequency?

That beat would sound something like 1 2 - 3 4 - a true gallop being a 4 beat pace!
 
I didn’t see this thread when I responded to your 1/rev shake on the other thread, Mike.

That should have answered your galloping horse question.

A 1/rev lope reminds me of a galloping horse; a 2/rev shake reminds me of a trotting horse.

May not mean much to someone that’s never ridden a horse.
