Chapter 65's 2017 meeting

November 11th 10am - ??? - Kingsbury Aerodrome fly-in
We'll meet at the Aerodrome to participate in the event and hopefully have a few gyros flying in to the event besides mine!

I'm having knee surgery the week before but plan to attend one way or another. Now if we can get Dayton and the Magni guys from Taylor involved, we can get some gyros there. The last time I was at Taylor (T74) there were four gyros in the pattern! Ray

Paul, Thanks for suggesting the fly-in at Old Kingsbury Aerodrome (85TE). The activities at the Pioneer Flight Museum with the WWI planes and vehicles were fun to see. The car show and varied aircraft as well as the powered parachutes made for some interesting viewing. Hopefully, we can get more gyros next time. Ray

Paul, Did you take any photos of the event? I'm guessing that if folks saw the venue with all the planes and cars, that perhaps more would show next time. Ray
