My transmission went out and i didn't get it fixed until Fri afternoon. Now the van works, but my credit card is badly broken...

I missed seeing all you guys and the great flying there.

Sheesh - what PITA - just a simple phone pic (of my 360-event illustration sketch) - emailed it to myself - no -shrinkage option anymore! Screen -shot it - played around with edit tool - finally got it digestible for the upload here!

That's why I have no patience or energy to post many pics here anymore!

It was an awesome weekend! Weather was perfect…..and still is today!

Well…… sitting here at the hangar just relaxing thinking about this past weekend. I want to thank everyone that came over……it was a blast! It’s an honor to call you friends.

By the way…… no rain during the 4-5 days…..and it’s still beautiful out.

Tuesday: Threat of weekend bad weather kills desire to fly up.
Wednesday: Fly around CUB, then load trailer.
Thursday: While hooking the trailer up get something in my eye that results in infection. Driving is out, so is flying.
Friday: Eye infection managed, truck overheats pulling the gyro. Turn around and drop trailer back at the hanger.
Saturday: Finally get there, sans gyro.

Hey, they repaved HWY 1, what a NICE drive!!

Tony:
I see you're a trike pilot. Assuming you got a gyro ride or two over the weekend, how would you assess the difference between a trike and a gyro? Pros & cons?
