Todd,
I originally chose the username "RotoPix" because by business partner & I were doing business as such for Aerial VR. He and I have since split... long, ugly story, stole my technology and business name, then disolved the partnership without telling me. Now he's claiming to be the only company in the world doing aerial VR. So I'm no longer going by RotoPix. What a crook!

Anyway, can you do me a favor and change my user name to "Brian Jackson" instead of "RotoPix"? I can't do that in the UserCP area without losing my post count, which isn't really a big deal except to newcomers.

Much abliged.

Brian,

Create your new user ID, then send me a PM.
I'll then merge the two, and you'll retain your post count and all of your old posts will be under the new name.

Thanks, Mike.
I did that, but it failed because the email address I supplied was already in use. Can I leave that out and it will be supplied when the 2 accounts are merged?

Thanks a bunch.

...apparently not. An email address is a required field, thus I cannot create a new account. Now I'm really stumped. Sorry.

You are now officially Brian Jackson, congratulations! :p

Brian,

Sorry to hear about about the crappy deal on your photography. You have had more than you share of challenges lately.

I am glad, though, to see you using your real name. I have a hard enough time keeping track of who's who on the forum, without having to translate between real names and screen names.

Alan,
Yeah, me too, but thanks. I'm in agreement about the real names thing except that I just got hit with an IRS garnishment because my name was the same as some deadbeat (insert avalanche sounds here). Talk about some bad luck. It's since been resolved and is no longer a problem. Hopefully the court keeps their bookkkeeping straight. By the way, did you know that the only word in the English Language to use 3 consecutive double letters is "bookkeeping"? Sorry, I'm a trivia nut.

Victor... Perhaps I have changed, ugly as it is. I'm drinking more and refuse to bathe! And damn it my wife can't stand the stench! Arrrrrr...

Kidding aside, thanks bro.

Respectfully,
Brian Jackson

Only if you start yelling at everyone and spouting mathmatical formulas that take a week to understand.
