Aviation communications using a motorcycle helmet intercom?

I have a modular full face motorcycle helmet designed to accommodate the Sena and other intercom systems. I haven’t purchased one of these intercom systems yet.

Is there any way to utilize any of these systems instead of a standard set of aviation headphones with mic for aviation communications?

My motorcycle helmet is comfortable and I’m used to it so I’d like to use it with my Butterfly gyro if there’s any possible way to make this work.

I tried to retrofit a set of Dave Clark speakers in to a nice motorcycle helmet once.
Without the ear cups for isolation, it just didn't work for me.
Basically ruined a nice motorcycle helmet. :-(

I have a HALO Tubephone that works great in an R22 with doors off (https://www.quiettechnologies.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=66_59). I think it will work well under my Pyrotect full-face helmet.

Thanks. I just sent them an inquiry whether their Tubephone will work with a full face motorcycle helmet. If so that’s a great option.

With the frame...can be used over/behind head or around neck. Video on website has AOPA review and she has used with helmet.

This is great to know, thanks. It looks like a viable option for use with my modular helmet then. My helmet fits well, can be used open or closed and has a good retractable sun screen so I had hoped to use it instead of an aviation helmet.
