Autogyro Pre rotation

Hello everybody.

I have a new Autogyro MTO Sport 17 only 10 hrs.
I have a proplem cam lately which was not in the beginning.
The proplem is when i do pre rotation the eng rpm drops very badly and some times engine stall. Puting in mind my idle is 2000 rpm. Have anyone faced this issue before ?

Try adding some throttle when you prerotate to keep the engine RPM up. 2000 RPM idle seems a bit high to me....
