Is this the Ukranian designed helicopter?

ML has been DB Aerocopter's design and manufacturing partner since 2016.

The base for the design of the AH 2.2 was the Ak1-3, as we write about on our website, but most of the components were redesigned to meet the VLR 600 kg certification requirements.

ML designed a new drivetrain based on UL Power engines in the naturally aspirated version and ROTAX 916 engines in the turbocharged session, transmission system, frames for the engines, belt transmission, reduction gear, interior, avionics, electrical, cooling, oil and intake systems, engine housings with trunk, HiInertia rotor, Governer speed controller, and much more.

You offer your helicopter with 3 axis auto pilot, I assume it will not hover, what is the minimum forward speed for its operation? Is it coupled for navigation and approach?

Yes, exactly, we don't have a 4-axis autopilot, the helicopter is not able to hover on its own, the 3-axis AP works from 50 kt and has climb, point navigation and descent functions. The pilot takes over below 50 kt

Is the speed the same on the Argon gyro?

Regarding the tailrotor rotation, I always thought, and as referred to by RW Prouty as "Bottom Aft = Bad", that the tail rotor rotation direction should have the bottom blade rotating up into the rotor downwash, not down with it.

Simply making an observation for myself.....

Merry X-mas to all, Francois.
