Account settings gone crazy?

Over the past few days it seems my account settings have gone crazy.

All of the sudden I am getting emails for posts I am not following.

Just about every active member ended up on my ignore list, Including alot of people I chat with regularly.

About 100 threads got added to my watched list along with half of the forum's sub topic lists.

This happening to anyone else's account settings?

I am using a purchased mirroring software. MetaProducts Offline Explorer. Been using it for years, works great.
My system is scanned daily and also backed up and all files protected against any changes without authentication by Acronis.

If it is, it is not from my system nor infecting my system.
