    Usually when the product or service begins to lose its luster can be traced to stale product. It peaked. Time for a reinvention. Kinda like the Rolling Stones. Rolling with the times. A product has to stimulate the senses. If it doesn't, irrelevancy ensues. Corrected by some fresh, new ideas.
