    I visited Wagtail last November and met Braam and Johan. These guys are thinking outside the box with some highly instrumented gyros. Johan was one of the very few gyro designers I've met (and I've met most of them) who really understood the vibration problems of our gyros. Mike G

    Ed My memory isn't that good. I seem to remember that the problem was due to the ignition trigger coils being too far away from the cam lobes on the flywheel. I do remember modifying the trigger coil mounting to get a smaller gap but I'm not 100% sure that this was related to the problem...
