I found the chart similar to the example in the test on page 19-2 of the FAA Rotorcraft Manual. Was able to work the problems using that graph, while it looks like the moments used are slightly different they are close enough to see how the problems are formulated and answer derived.

I know there is no connection between PRA and RWF but does anyone know what the status of the Popular RotorCraft Association is? Info seems dated, joined and cannot get a response from anyone to activate my account.
