i have a question about the tail power train in bell 206. The waterline of the first hanger form oil cooler to tail gearebox varied about 10 inch (below picture). what's the reason of this incidence? how couplings transmit power in this condition?

At the first in the design in this helicopter (206), why designer put the tail gearbox higher level than the freewheeling output shaft?
