Thank you. The Mini-500 has received a lot of unnecessary hoopla, mostly undeserved. It had a few startup problem, as did any helicopter, but we stuck it out and solved them all.
But, the Mini-500 is no longer in production nor has factory support and testing, nor has anyone reputable demonstrated that they can take that role. Due to this fact and this fact alone, the Mini-500 is not a viable choice of aircraft for people to take on the challenge to own and fly. Brian is probably the most avid Mini-500 builder, but I don't think that he is willing to take on that responsibility of helping others to that extent. Anyone else is just going to rip you off in the end.
I suggest that you look at some of the new European helicopters about to come out rather than taking on the challenge of a Mini-500 without proper support.
But, thank you for the confidence. There still is nothing like it on the market for the high quality and price.
