I assume you are talking about blades for an Indoor Skydiving facility.
Your pictures have no sense of scale and look like a bad paint job to the eye.

If these are indoor wind tunnel blades, the question that raises a flag is, How did they become dented and why are they cracking?...

The thermal mass of the fuel inside of the tank will have the major control of the temperature of the vapors inside of the tank.
Aluminum or Poly tanks will cool much differently if subjected to a sudden change in temperature.
Most aircraft are hangared so see little day/night temperature...

I agree with the exaggeration statement. The anti-Ethanol factions take partial facts and twist them into apparent truths.

    The water Myth...
A half filled 20-gallon tank of ethanol fuel represent a considerable thermal mass.
It will remain warmer than the surrounding air....

The Plus Side is that Ethanol Absorbs Moisture!

If you pour 10 ounces of water into a 20-gallon tank of E-0 fuel you will have 10 ounces of water sitting on the bottom of the tank.
If you pour the same 10 ounces into the same tank of E-10 you will have no water at the bottom of the...

Ethanol has an Octane rating of 108.
Removing the Ethanol from E-10 fuel will lower the Octane Rating by 2 points.
Why would you want to do that?

If you really want E-0 fuel just go to your local marina.
There are old boats that need E-0 Fuel because their engines are...

    Something else to consider...

If the plane is constructed at the dealer's location, they typically have a good relationship with the inspector so that happens very quickly.

The issue is that if a dealer that offers a Builder assist program does not wish to participate in the Additional Pilot Program and the purchaser builds his "Aircraft" at the dealer's location and even though he may be fully qualified to make the maiden flight of the aircraft, he does not...

If the leg was slightly short of the ground and able to swing freely, it would contact the ground under load in a compression-only position.
If it was in contact before loading, you would just need to position it properly.

As long as the ramps do not slide they would not have any...

If you are looking for power to the Winch, consider a U1 Lawn and Garden Tractor Battery.
Available at most auto parts stores and Lowes/Depot for about $50.
They make plastic battery boxes that fit them.

The battery will easily power the winch for at least half an hour.

    Rob,
It sounds a lot like my start in the late 1960's, IBM360 Batch processing, punch cards, output on a chain drive line printer. Those printers sure were fast!
As you have learned over the years, just because a part is fresh out of the box, does not mean that it is good until proven...

I am thinking a Sheet of Lycra (Spandex) Fabric would be like a sheet of rubber that might contour itself to the cabin.
At least your sewing skills would not need to be perfect to make it look good. Plus it is pretty soft stuff.
If you can't lock it, at least keeping out prying eyes might...

OK, Dunc, I am going to go out on a limb here and assume that you are an intelligent fellow with reasonable powers of observation.

When the engine "Just Quit", did it lose power as if a switch was turned OFF?
Or, did it give a slight gasp, miss, or hesitation a half second...

Is there a particular reason that a standard Phillips Screw Holding Screwdriver will not work?

    Examples.
    #1 Phillips Size Greenlee 0453-17C
    #2 Phillips Size Greenlee 0453-18C

Just Google those Greenlee Part numbers.
I am sure there are others....

Post the Video on YOUTube. It is way easier than you might expect.

How do you latch the doors in flight?
If there are no exterior latches, how would Rescue Workers get you out?

Otherwise, I think Kevin's idea of bungeeing the door from the inside sounds good....

The problem he has is that darn 3" tail wheel clearance
This gives him a 2.77 Departure Angle.
A 6 Ft ramp 4" tall is 3.17. So even that would be too steep.

Tilting a 16" high deck down by 2.77 to make one straight ramp would require adding a 21 Ft. extension....

By golly, it looks like that just might work!
I tried it at 5 different positions and they all cleared the tail.

    A 10' ramp would be a 120/16 = 7.5:1 Slope.
700lbs/7.5 = 93lbs to roll it up the ramp.
It still sounds like a Two-Man job.
    A winch would...
