What a great trip, thank you for bringing us along!

John

You are welcome.

From Todd's photo's of this flight, I got the Colorado State Capitol, Bronco's Mile High Stadium, the Rockies COORS Field, the PEPSI Center (where the Colorado Avalance play), Elitches Amusment Park, the Denver LDS Temple, Downtown Denver (and the Beach Boys) all in one 3 minute video.

WOW! photos and video are GREAT! You guys really know how to light a fire under in my desire to fly. It is really great to know that there are folks in the Denver area that fly gyros. This REALLY makes me want to get one built! If you ever fly over Keenesburg give me a call so I can come out and wave.

Hi Steve,

Keenesburg, is that east of Platte Valley Airpark on 76?

How far are you from Front Range Airport? There are several gyros based there.

Are you a PRA member? Just asking as we are talking about forming a Colorado PRA chapter and we are trying to see how much interest there would be.

damn Mark you be carefull, you will wear that one out before they allow any new ones in, it is definately a blast flying these isnt it, next week im offf agian only a short flight down to Brissy, only about 1500km and return

Mark,
Sorry to be so long in replying. Making parts in the CNC, dreaming of flying. I live east of the Platte Valley Airport. Drop in as often as I can to look arond Andy's museum. Lots of cool WWI & WWII flight suits and personal stories of pilots of everything from WWI Biplanes to WWII Bomber and Figther Pilots. I also like to visit Mike, a gent that has a hanger at the North side of the airport. Mike is pushing me to get my private pilots lic. But $ tight and so I mostly read this fine forum, watch the videos, and hope to build my own sky ride. Your video and photos are REALLY enjoyable and fill my thoughts w/marvalous dreams.. As a side line note, I grew up just north of South High. You were near my old stomping grds. Keep posting those wonderful photos and videos so that those of us that are stuck on the ground can enjoy flying through your posts.
I would be glad to join , what does it cost? Can I join as a ground pounder?

Dear Steve

Yes, When the chapter is established, you can join if you have an interest in Helicopters or GyroCopters, even if you do not yet own one.

We would love to come visit you on one of our weekly flights. Are you available on a Monday or Tuesday morning around 10am?

Thank You for your kind words about our photo and video posts. Many of us who now fly gyros were once on the ground wishing we had a gyro to fly. Guys like Kas Thomas and later Vance Breese inspired me with their flying stories. I am proud to follow in their footsteps and do the same.

Mark- I look forward to each and every one of your video flights. You are living a dream of yours and your sharing it has to influence many people. I love to share my little corner of the world with my posts just to partially pay back what others like you are posting here on the forum. Your posts add so much and they raise the level of the forum each and every flight you post. You and Todd are another dynamic duo! Stan

You are doing the same for light helicopters. I am a regular viewer of your adventures too.
