Here is a great deal;

A few years ago when I was restoring an Air Command Elite for myself, I decided to design and build a new Instrument Panel. Of course, to do this I had to build a plug and mold. Since I then had the means to repeat the part, I offered them for sale. I was building a steady supply for awhile, but then there became too many orders for me to keep up with, so I stopped advertising them. I'm still getting requests to build more!!

I'm not wanting to be in parts manufacturing to the public any more, so I decided to sell the tooling and the rights. I was selling these things for $189.00 each!! I only had about $22.00 in materials and hardware in it to build them, so the profit margin was great! It will be a good business for someone that wants it.

You'll own it, so if you want to change the name on the prints to your own, it's up to you. Go ahead.

This Instrument Panel is a great an improvement over the older style.

*It has more room.
*It offers a lower column for radios or other items.
*It tilts back the compass and slip indicator so they work correctly.
*It ties the top and bottom of the pod together making it more rigid.
*It is self supporting and more sturdy.
*It just looks better!!

Here is what you get!!

*The Panel Mold.
*2 built panels to sell, one trimmed and the other needs trimmed.
*3 kits of mounting hardware and corner trip, and three full size Cut-Out prints-Instructions.
*It comes with a print that shows the fiberglass material cut outs.
*It comes with the templates to cut out the fiberglass materials.
*A CD Disk with the Cut-Out Print-Instructions so you can print more, along with the advertising photos.

So it not only comes with the Mold so that you can build hundreds, but it comes with enough ready-to-sell parts to make more than $380.00 right off the bat!!

It is boxed up and ready to ship to anywhere in the world, so you can start making money, sooner the better.

You can see it on eBay by looking up this item # 150465718865

This item is just too valuable for someone not to take over. There are people out there that want these panels, and I'm not going to make them myself anymore. Therefor I'll lower the starting bid to $100.00. The two Panels and kits that come with the auction will pay you good money right off the bat.

you can look it up on eBay under item #150465718865

All of the drawings you have shown us have had excellent details....I know I would be proud to say that I drew them (if I did) and the assemblies I've seen have been well thought out. From what I've seen of this panel on eBay, it appears to follow suit. If I were younger and had the fairing mold, I would bid.......

Dennis, do you have or know where to get the SS instabushings ?

Unfortunately

Unfortunately

The company who used to make the Instabushings, Delta (they used to make a Trike I believe) went out of business and the tooling to make them was sold and reportedly destroyed. I do have a few original instabushings and was considering having a tool made up but I think it would be cost prohibitive.

Would you post some pictures of this bushing?
