Beside the workmanship sug. (I am on my cel typing please excuse typo) the bushing worns out too fast. In my machine I use closetolerance bolts and bushing. Ream the bush to498 or 499. Leaving up to 2 mil for grease. Now newbees flap blades and the horn bends. Mine had side reinforcer. This one looks befier but as some one said at the end need to rounded.
Pinion screw chand to solid bushing is on but steel. Wled to bottom tube no rivet.
Or structural epoxy and a bolt. Then the blocs us oiles bushing with shoulder. This will be the part that will worn out and be replace
If you make the tubes bigger. You can insert a bearing or bronze bushing
