Risk, and the optics of tyrogyros posts regarding all the fatal accidents.

I imagine that histogram is pretty well correlated to the total number of pilots in each age group (with the likely exception of the youngest group; TG has already addressed the fatals in that group to a good extent).
If so, it is absolutely to be expected that correspondingly more fatal accidents will occur in the more highly populated age groups.

Someone recently asked for the age of pilots, so I have trawled through the data...

Not sure it tells us much, or has many surprises. I would need a histogram of ALL gyro pilot ages to compare.

Three of the very youngest victims were from one South African company, which "cut corners" and sent them on Ag. Ops., with tragic results.

Can we expect an apology from Tyrogyro?
That is not a nice way for giving all a middle finger

The Brits use a two finger salute.

Mid-life crisis. Motorcycle or gyro. You can, however, continue drinking beer and chasing women, but the risks are greater.
Never at the same time, that is how beer gets spilt.

We worry about gyros, others worry about helicopters.

Of course mustering is pretty special job. That is flying to the edge...a lot.

Those guys whether in chopper of gyro are a special breed who build experience fast, and sometimes die young.
