What happened to the PRA website????

You can now reset your password any time like real sites.
Click the login form as if to log in.
Then look at the bottom of the login form for Forgot Password.
Click Forgot Password and it will take you to the reset password page.
It should send you an email. (the new email address was set up but has not been tested that I know of)
Click the link in the email and it will take you to a page to actually enter a new password.

If you do not get an email I need to know PLEASE!!!!!!! This email address was set up at Godaddy and they automatically set it up with MS 365, then I moved back to IONOS. I'm concern that the address may still be linked to MS 365 exchange and Godaddies old canceled IP address.

Sorry, I'm got to go play gyros!!! See you tonight!

Yes, actually a few hours after that last post it was up and running fine, on my browsers... Until 2 days ago.

And you can do me a favor Bobby.

Run PRA.org from any browser and tell me if you get the old 403 Error.

If you get the error then tell me. But the backdoor I found that works until Technical support fixes it.

On Firefox or Chrome browsers I've tested it on.
Just run it from a PRIVATE Page in Firefox or in Chrome they call it Incognito Page.
To do that just click the menu button in those browsers and click the Private or Incognito page.

The rest of the story:
Now the good news for me. I've passed the PRA nothing can be easy curse to IONOS.

I switch back to IONOS after I got a .net 5 server and published a .Net 5 test page running on GoDaddy because they cost 3 times as much.
When I called tech support to fix the security certificate myself. They said the normal we are not trained in that.
But then she said unless you want our new service that would cost you $75.00. From that time on it now becomes their problem.
This is the first HELP I've received from anyone even though I posted a request with an offer to pay anyone with experience publishing .Net 5.

I said, "SOLD". She was surprised and set up a ticket and they fixed it for me. Well, at least it was running on my browser since 8/31.
But Christene told me she got a 403 error on her tablet.
It ran on my cellphone and tablet when I tested it and assumed it was her tablet.
Then I saw it once but refresh the page and it was gone.
Now it's back for everyone I think? Not sure.

The best part is I can be playing with gyro's while they have to deal with no good deed goes unpunished = the nothing can be fast or easy with PRA's website curse.
It's working fine on my Android using Google chrome. Will try to login later.

You have the secure sockets applied and domain looks mapped properly so you should not see any 403 errors. If browser cache on a user machine is pointing to one of the older IP Addrs/Domain host tables then the error would pop up.

Thank you for the reports, it is helpful.

You are a smart man Bobby.
I too suspect it is only Members who used the old website and it is pointing to that.

I have been able to help a few members by Clearing the Cookies and Sites Data.
One it worked for the home page but when he clicked Login it got the same 403 error.

I fixed that by having him repeat Clearing the Cookies and Sites Data a second time and so far it is all working again for him.
If this fixed them all then I need to call technical support and explain they are chasing ghosts.

Thank you to all who have responded I needed the help/information.

I also am having the 403 issue but McCutchen is not.

When I first went the PRA.ORG I could se the website, but I logged in and used the wrong password I now have the 403 issue anytime I go back to PRA.ORG.
Bro, call me, and let's try and fix it for you by clearing your cookies and sites data. It will not affect keeping all of your passwords for all the sites you visit.
Or I posted how to fix it above as you wish.

PRA.org = OK
Rotorland = 404
WIN 10 on both Chrome & FF

PRA.org works for me from my
Internet Explorer browser
Firefox browser
and my Iphone

Pra-rotorland.org is our new amazon like Storefront specifically for our world rotorcraft community. It is where all of the rotorcraft products/Goods will be listed from parts we need, clothes, to manufactures.

It was running and has been tested on Godaddy back in August of last year. When I moved to IONOS for the price Pra-Rototland Godday site was closed too.
Why is it not up at this time too?
It needs some volunteer manpower to set up new vendors to bring it online. I cannot do that until I finishing adding suites like the free classified ads and testing them on PRA.org.

I believe PRA can become of real value to our world rotorcraft community, not just for our discounted group insurance program.
But the one place to go to find EVERY GOOD or SERVICE we need on one site.

PRA.org is a list of service providers and PRA-Rotorland.org is a storefront for all products we need or use.

Basically, I'm lazy and it takes too much time to find a DAR or anything for rotorcraft.
The DAR I found after hours of searching was actually at the end of my hangar row!!
I have created the basic tools we need today with both sites.
If the community will just ask to be listed and then man their suites it will become the Amazon for all things rotorcraft and all of our past information too as it was before.

I've created the tools we need.

Now it is up to all of YOU/our community.
If you get the word out and ask your favorite A&P, DAR, DEP, CFI, etc to sign up for FREE they can maintain their own information and be contracted automatically from their own suite contact email page. And they can market batch emails announcing anything they are doing or fly-in they will be selling goods or services.

It is for FREE, they do not have to join or support PRA to have a storefront or service listing.
PRA supports our entire community wheater you support PRA or not!

The more that support PRA the more real good/charity I can do for our community.

What help do you need?
Learn how to set up a NEW storefront.
Then TEACH each Manufacture to set up and maintain their own Products.
