The economics: It would cost you 14K to 15K to build her from scratch plus your time and labor.

Oops, forgot about our current supply shortages and rapid inflation. 15K was pre-2020 cost. It would cost you 20 to 30 percent more today. So this is a DEAL!!! Hurry do not wait if you are on a budget. Get a loan and a 2nd short period of time/ part-time job like an Uber driver to pay for the loan.

Also do not wait to buy any large asset. The inflation train left the station at least 9 months ago and economic laws assure as long as they keep printing trillions of dollars it will increase dramatically. For example, look at the price of gas, milk, lumber, wiping out all the raises employees have received to go back to work over unemployment.

Economists have seen this spending history before during the Carter administration.
If continued it will cause stagflation = its simple math.

On the upside buy stocks up to the time they stop spending.
Here is why:
The major percentage of the spending is with companies traded on the stock market.
This assures a false GNP and TEMPORARY SALES to most companies.
In general, the market can only go higher, until they stop spending. There will be taking of profit of the major trading firms causing black Fridays but do not sell it will come roaring back. UNTIL THEY ANNOUNCE they are going to stop spending. = Take your profit and put it in the bank a major CRASH in the economy will hit like a ton of bricks and then you will buy some poor souls gyroplane he bought for 120K for 80K as he's lost his job. But the best investment will come from buying his house at 30 to 40 percent off. The same as we did after the Carter administration's economic policies. But a gyro is more fun.

Sorry for the thread drift. But this is so important information.
Once you understand the economic laws/math it is easy to predict our future economic downturn which allows you to always make more money than in unpredictable UP turns without false temporary revenue only to be taken away and then all of us made to pay more taxes to pay back the loan.

Anyone who wishes to ask questions. Do not do it on this thread or forum as it could turn political. PM me or email me at [email protected].

Is your tall tail from Denis of Gyro Technic? Doesn't look quite like a Dominator one, mainly because of the supporting struts under the horizontal stabs.
Or, did you make it yourself?

A nice high-end 'Bee. Some smart person should snap it up.

The tall tail eliminates two of the remaining stability issues in the 'Bee -- torque roll and torque yaw. PPO (another potential instability) can be eliminated with either a tall tail or any other tail config. that features an immersed H-stab of around 6 sq. ft. in area.

Doug, do you recall if the H-stab on a dominator is around 6 sq. ft. in area?

this was made from a company in florida that builds gyros .. it was made for a bigger 2 place machine but i cut it down to fit my needs

J-Bird: I don't recall the area of the RFD tall tail's H-stab. From photos, I'd guess 5-ish.

A gyro that's LTL or CLT needs slightly less H-stab area than one that is HTL. The stock Gyrobee is mildly HTL.
