I wish I could find that up here in the DFW area where they want $500-$700/mo for a slot (not the hanger) at most places if you can find it. That with insurance is close to $1k/month before even flying.

I grew up where Governor Manuel Armijo's famous quote (circa 1850) was commonly heard:

I'm been thinking about it. But my 1st choice is Baja Ca Mexico. As I have dual citizenship in the US and Mexico. Father immigrated legally after parents WAITED for years to get in. So only had to take his birth certificate to the Mexican consulate. However many US citizens would not travel to Cabo San Lucus to my new FBO Rotor Adventures LLC. My first choice is Cabo.

Retired on a fixed income, CA would have taxed me out of the State if I could not get out of paying then by traveling to TJ Mexico 15 min's away to buy fuel at 1/2 the cost prescription you can save 80%. Old folks home here take busloads of tenants to TJ. Even the pharmaceutical companies know Mexican would die if they charge them the same as US citizens. Many only earn a few hundred dollars a month. No taxes on cigarettes or alcohol or any other state or federal taxes on tires almost everything. The hudge homeless problem in all liberals states is just economic common sense. As Benjaiam Franklin understood economic systems stated. "Make it easy to be poor and you will have many more of them" enabling them to stay poor for life. I added enabling them to stay poor for life.

Only really leaves conservative states that are not leaving the poor and middle class behind with higher cost of living and taxes combined.
Really thinking of Texas and Florida the other conservative low cost of living states are excluded because I'm a water baby and need a ocean nearby.

They may tax me out unless I start earning a living again. I do have one invention being developed with the potential to earn more money than I can spend my life. Will know in 90 days. But I'm so mad a CA for taxing all of the aerospace industry out of the state to Az, Nev, & Tx way back in the 90's they have taxed millions of blue-collar jobs and lost millions of dollars in income taxes from those jobs and companies.

PS: I'm so mad at CA. When this invention sells. I'll move the company to Mexico or Texas / Florida, before the sale, just so CA will not get one cent of income taxes. The only real wealth creation for the middle class is a good-paying job. The only way wages raise is at or near full employment. Supply and Demand.
Until they stop taxing jobs out of state actually creating an oversupply of employees. They are using economic laws that required wages to fall.
Leaving the middle class behind. Most of Silicone Valley are companies that have monopolies.
They have no competition and those high-tech jobs are the only CA jobs that are scarce. The lack of supply creates 400K a year jobs because they are scarce. Simple supply and demand.

I will not pay income taxes to CA. Their economic actions are hurtful and evil to the working middle class leaving them behind taxing more good-paying manufacturing jobs out of state actually creating an oversupply of employees for good-paying manufacturing jobs. They have mostly left the state.

try PRA.org. Bummer...

I had to create a new server because it would not store even the website files.
The security certificate I bought was assigned to the too-small server.
Now it is not on my list to assign it to this new larger server I just created yesterday.

I'm waiting for technical support to unassign it from the old and reassign it to the new.
2nd Tier Technical support often takes them 48 hrs to respond by email.
So I wait and wait.

Bet I have 600 hours in the last 7 months on hold and talking to technical support with 5 hosting providers until I found a real solution as to what product PRA even needed and what software and patches need to be uploaded and added to a private server to publish the new state-of-the-art Core .Net5.

I do not blame you!!! The taxes are so high!! Most Magic tomatoes growers do not declare cash sales.

We have many other companies in every sector here including gyro CFI's that give you a discount for cash.

Not saying they are not reporting it but know of any other reason not to just take a debit card for the full price?

Hey, they must have read my post. Tech support actually just called me back. Actually talked to a human tech for a few minutes. Feel a little better about my stupidy. As he cannot figure out why I cannot assign the security certificate either. He's researching while I'm on HOLD listening to MuZAK. Bet this adds another hour to the 600th hour of technical support.
