i have never seen fog that looks like this before. hmmm.:hippie:
 
I see your guardian angel in the bottom pic on the bottom right hand side. Cool.

All you need to do now is fly over the top, and watch your rotor down wash make patterns in the fog.
 
My bro and I got caught out in this Saturday morning.
It went from about 150 ft to 750 ft.
It came on us suddenly.
It was intense, to say the least.
 
I saw something like this in a gyro once before but am sworn to secrecy.......

Flying VFR over extensive thick fog or unbroken cloud in a gyroplane, or any aircraft not equipped for IMC without the ground being visible is pretty risky, if not plain crazy. If the machine has to be put down in a hurry, there's no telling where you will land.
