  • New to the RWF

    Hello,

I'm new here to the Rotary Wing Forum. My name is Don Bradley and I am located in N. California. I fly and teach in a Magni M-16. I trained with George Woods in Woodland Ca. and Greg Spicolla from Silver Light Aviation in the AR1 in Z Hills Florida. I added CFI with George and Dayton Dabbs from Lone Star Magni earlier this year.

I have flown many things - nothing as fun as the gyroplane!

    Don

Thanks! Northern California is a great place to fly (and learn to fly) gyroplanes. 3 proficiency checks scheduled already. The gyroplane has been well received in the area. I have visited several EAA chapters and attended the first big airshow of the season; the Lincoln Air Fest. The FAA accommodated my LODA very quickly as well. Less than 2 weeks from request to issuance.

          HI again Don
PRA would like to let the rest of the world know we have a new gyro CFI.
If you will send me some ad copy, like the Airport ID I'll look it up and add that info.
Where you fly and include that Northern Ca is a great place to fly.

          Send me a picture.
Of your GYRO, that's all we care about anyway... and you if you like. hahahahehehe

We will get the word out.
Also any other new CFI within the last 6 months we would be so happy to market for you or any CFI with any thing new like you are traveling to another state or city. Let us find you other people in the area that you could train at the same event.
Resistance is futile…… You will be compiled!
          Cheers,
          John Rountree

I flew with Don recently and he is knowledgeable and patient CFI. I'm glad to have someone in the East Bay area of California and I think he will see lots of new students as Gyroplanes are still a relatively new type of flying to many people compared to fixed wing.
            Thanks,
            Paul

From trikes and airplanes to gyroplanes. Now plan on giving up the bunny suit in clean rooms and get a new gyroplane not that old used stuff

LOL, I ready to hang up the bunny suit and exit the clean room! Actually in 18 years there I have never been in a bunny suit or clean room but I'll still trade it for a flight suit.

I wasted a few years of my wife in a bunny suit in a clean room. Consider yourself lucky that you were on the other side.
