Default Let's talk tractor!

There appears to be a growing interest in the tractor style gyro but most of the threads and questions seem to be scattered over a span of time and different threads.

Anyone interested in starting a good BS session on the chat site to exchange info and questions and maybe experiences that might help othres in there experiments?

maybe a specific nite or maybe any nite and a more or less convenient time?

I'm sure everyone understands that when Tony says BS session that he means Brain Storming.

I've never used the chat room, but I'd be willing to give it a try if we can set a time.

Hi Dean, Joe and Michael

Goooood shot there Dean, however there can be a very wide spectrum of content in "brain storming" (heh heh).

Joe, and Michael, I don't know what might be the better nite to choose, most week-end nites are occupied with other activities so that kind of leaves a week nite. I usually check the chat room every nite from 9pm to 10pm, could do earlier though.

The chat room is not used very heavily, usually only 3 or 4 around this time, the most I ever saw was 8 and the topic is anything and everything.

I usually pull the plug around 11p, the body quits and the mind goes on vacation.

Tony

I get up at 4:30, so I'm usually in bed by nine. 8:00 would work better for me.

How's your tractor coming Tony? What kind of fuselage are you using (my memory fails me now)?

Hi Michael

8 pm is fine with me, a least a good place to start. Any particular nite or how about any nite at 8 pm?

Tony

Michael

My airframe is riveted aluminum angle, it began life as a Texas Parasol fixed wing, due to the quality of construction, I am totally rebuilding the airframe, not one piece of the original will remain and doing the mods as I rebuilding.

Exclamation Chat efforts

Good idea Tony. Been tractoring now for about 2 and 1/2 years, still working on mine. Would very much like to join in as time permits. I too, arise at four am, so the eight bells and on, seems like a good scenario to me too.

Thanks for the idea. Booster Rich.

Exclamation Tractor Chat

Tony, tonights wednesday. Tried to get on about 10 minutes. Got four or five green dots indicating that the e was trying. Didn't get any further than that though. Will try again. Hope I'm more successful the next time.

Booster Rich.

Hi guys,
Please remember that we don't all live in your part of the US. If you quote times, let the rest of us know what time you actually mean. eg: Quote it in GMT?

Regards,
Duncan
