Default Can we cross the line

The growing numbers of "heavy" 2 seat gyros is apparent. My concern is are we getting into a possible problem with too much weight etc into our rotors.

We beef up the heads with double bearings etc, and we are getting longer and longer blades, to give us the lift................BUT, is there a line ?????

theres definately a line where you consider the use of stock hardware etc
but for our purposes, no
designs have been around for an AUW of 90,000 lbs
others have been realised at around 30 tons
I think the answer is NO
