Smile structural design

Hello,

I'm looking for a website or a book that contains information about the cross section of a rotary wing. I'm developing a preliminar blade for a heavy helicopter(10000Kg) with composite materials. I would like to found information about the layout of the spars, sandwich panels and composite skins on the blade. Can anyone help me?

P.D.: Sorry, I'm spanish and my english is very poor

José, there isn’t much published on large composite rotorblades in text book format.

The best source is back issues of the “Journal of the American Helicopter Society” which should be available in the engineering library of any large university.

Issues from the 1980s when composite blades were being first developed contain considerable information
