I went flying this evening and it was spectacular!!! It was just one of those flights that reminds you of how special it is to fly a gyro. A feeling you can't explane to anyone once you've landed. The sun reflecting on the bottom of the rotor blades!! The birds that fly along side. The view. The Air. The sound! Wow!!!
I landed just as the sun was setting and I was just flying around 2/3 throttle catching thermals for about 1 and 1/2 hours. It was just one of those flights.... I'm speechless.

I can't wait! I read your first post late last night and tried to imagine the beauty. Your verbal description is both contagious and awe-inspiring. I believe those experiences are the true rewards we're all seeking as gyro builders. Thanks for the encouragement, and the willingness to video the experience for the rest of us.
All the best, Brian Jackson

Shawn,
Great video, I got a rush just watching your reactions during the flight. Hearing a little engine noise with the music is a nice touch. You fly just like I do, looking all around, and smiling like I'm drunk. My wife makes fun of me getting such a big kick out of surveying the landscape in our machine, but it's one of the things I enjoy most. It's also good to see someone else's machine in motion in the air, and get a good look at the amount of shake your stick has, for a comparison to how ours does. Looks like our sticks have about the same amount, and I'm happy with where mine is right now. Spent a lot of time playing around to get it to the point it's at now, but that's as good as it will get, I'm tired of messing with it. Again, always love your pictures and videos, keep them coming.
