Default Forum Support and Fund Raising

Rotary Wing Forum
Annual Fund Raising Drive

Several people have already made contributions to help support the forum. While costs are not staggering the annual expenses could be a burden without the generous support of our membership. If you would like to offer your support, check out the subscriptions page.

There are two levels of supporter:

Supporter : $10.00 Year

Gold Supporter : $20.00 Year

Donations are used to cover softwares costs, hosting fees, annual software maintenance, advertising and promotions.

Your help is appreciated.

Todd

I have tried several times to give you money and become a member of PRA. But like this time your link don't work for me. It says You don't have permission to use this .

Todd,
I think $20 dollars to read what Doug, Chuck, UdI , and several others here write is cheap. Also when you read the number of new people who are advised of proper training etc, count me in again.

Hey Church,

Click on the Subscriptions link.

That will bring you to the "you do not have permission box.

BELOW that box is a drop down box "Forum Jump"

Scroll to "Subscriptions" and click "go"

That will bring you to a page with threads on it. To the LEFT of the threads are several new links.

UNDER MISCELLANEOUS

click on paid subscriptions and that will open the payment page.

hope this helps

Yep I found it. But it turned out to be one of those things that takes
your money with out asking. Everytime a year goes buy they take more money with out even asking. I don't like those. So I will have to keep my money unless there is another system.
Thanks for your help.

Church, this site has nothing to do with the PRA. It is not a PRA site.

Church,
maybe I missed it. but Todd has never just took money out of my account. In fact the support has been voluntary in the past. If you read some of the earlier post you would see that Todd did not even want to accept money when people offered it. As I said earlier, $20 or even the $10 dollars you would spend to support the forum is small to compare advantage of asking a question and getting so many responces from all over the world. It does not take long to see who the engineers or experts are. But what ever it IS your choice.
By the way, thanks for the Amsoil link from your own website.

None of the supporter subscriptions are auto-renewing. It is an option of the software which I did not choose. Doesn't seem like a donation if its taken automatically each year.

Thank You everyone for your kind words and generous support.

Don't wait for Bensen Days to give Todd some loot. He ain't going be there. He forgot that he had made plans for a weeks vacation at a Nudist resort in Baja Mexico and he can't break his plans for us lowly gyrofarts.....

So just put a check in a envelope and mail it to him.

(1) EAA, monthly magazine, occasional homebuilder questions answered by e-mail or phone, $40.
(2) AOPA, monthly magazine, important lobbying efforts, other benefits at extra cost, $40.
(3) PRA, nine or ten magazines a year, feel I'm supporting the sport, required if I want to be a local chapter officer, $40.
(4) PRA Chapter 73, support local activities and promote gyros at events, $20.
(5) Rotary Wing Forum, average of 100+ posts/day, ability to ask questions of the institutional memory of the sport, source of many friends and a few great ones, priceless!

As in most things, the one where the donation is informal and voluntary, (5), is the best value. Supporting the forum is a no-brainer!
