Default Build Update

Well it's been almost 3 weeks and heres what I have so far. All the angle I cut and drilled along with the sheet stock. The keel, mast and round tube are from Star Bee. It's about time to order some more materials.
Hope the picture comes out

Beauty!

Are you planning to bend the landing gear struts? Otherwise the axles will place undue wear on the tires.

Yes I'm going to bend the struts. Just have not figured out how yet. Right know I'm just making sure every thing fits then I'll tear it all apart for the finishing touchs.

Tony,

Looks like you've done a lot in three weeks. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Alan. Looks like I might have to slow down for a month or two, Uncle Sam wants some more money by April 15.

Fantastic!

Curious - have you decided what sort of engine you're going to power it with?

cheers,
John

John
I was planning on using a Rotax 447 unless I run across a good deal on a 503.
