PRA Board members, maybe you can help

I joined the PRA on 11 November 2004. I have made several phone calls and sent several emails and no one seems to want to answer my simple question. I have yet to receive a single magazine. I paid for 3 years membership and yet I am being treated as if I am not a member at all. No one will return my emails or phone calls and tell me why I have not gotten a single issue or even try to remedy this problem. Every one on here talks about the articles in this month issue so they must have gotten it. I knew the November issure would probably come in December with or right after December's issue, but I have not gotten that one. I surely hope no one say it takes 6 weeks because it has been 11 weeks. How about some help here, how about getting Nov, Dec, and Jan's magazines.

I have never had one come on time . Sometimes I will read my buddy Jamie's after he is done with it , long before mine shows up .
