Default Blades

Have these already been sold. I don't find the link on ebay. Also don't find them under a direct search. Alan

Sorry guys, I found that Ebay yanked my auction because I had the blades categorized as "Aircraft/Other" ... and should have been "Aircraft/Parts"

I'm on the phone with them now, trying to re-list, I'm having error messages and garbage stopping me from relisting ... I hope to have it back up within the hour. Kevin

Sorry Riff Raf, I wanted to be able to offer shipping and make them available to more folks but there were too many issues. UPS or FedEx are probably not too keen on shipping such long items, we would be forced to deal with a road freight company then and I don't want to screw around with that. I have also considered the possibility that the buyer can certainly organise a trucking company to come pick them up for delivery on behalf of buyer. But I'd need full/cleared payment before release of the blades (probably not a big deal) but then I remember I don't have a blade box to protect them during transit. Do you remember that commercial with primate bashing the luggage? That image always haunts me when shipping nice things But who knows, if you come up with solution I keep open mind. ~K

Where is Arlington Heights ?

If the deal falls through ....let me know ! I was kidding about the $1500.....I was expecting something like....."yeah right !" or something funny.

I love my Skywheels ! I took them for a fantastic flight last night ! You don't even know that they are up there ! I hope I never hurt them !

BTW.......I have a beautiful 5' hub bar that might just line up perfectly with these blades.

Anyone need one ?

Hey Chris, Arlington Heights is NW suburb of Chicago ... Lansing IL (1/2HR South of Downtown Chicago) is where I fly my gyroplane.

You are right about the skywheels. I really love the sound they make when I hear my buddies fly by and then make fast turns & load them up ... puts a smile on my face every time

I'm sorry I did not reply to your first message, it took me until now to set up my new monitor. After I read your post I smashed my monitor with a baseball bat.. But now that I have had a chance to calm down, I realize that there may still be a mutually beneficial arrangement that can be made. You come on out with your $1500, and I will have my guys let you past the velvet rope and enter my rotorblade display -----. There you may have up to 1 hour in private to photograph and admire them . Then you can take a smoke and be on your way (now where's the damn icon with a dude smokin, crap ).

Sure Chris, as long as you're the winning bidder

Here's my gyroplane (my baby), on top of page 5: http://www.rotaryforum.com/forum/sho...t=34369&page=5

I fly Rotordyne blades on her. They were a bit distressed when I got them, but they polished up real nice. The trailing edge on one blade started unbonding from close to the tip to about a length of 2FT (observed not too long after I started using them). I added trailing edge rivets along the entire length on both blades and never have to worry about that again. I have a lot of time invested in them, well worth it though. I like the chirping sound they make when loaded.

I have no idea, anybody else out there know about compatibility between these two? ~Kevin.
