Default "Soul Session"

Just thought I would share that I had one of those "soul flying" days on wednesday... Fired up the dominator and went chasing turkeys, flying down creek beds, performing 180, 360, 720, 1080 landings, sideways flying, backwards flying, upside down flying ( ), and never left full throttle cept' to land.. Every once in a while there seems to be a flight for whatever reason that goes better than expected and you get those little butterflies of exhilaration.

I had so much fun I was smiling in the seat for the first time in a long time and I just kept thinking how perfect it will be doing this with my friends again for the first time in a year in just a few short weeks. That bug that bit me seven years ago came back and nibbled just a little bit and hopefully will keep coming back.

See yall at Mentone!

Default Thank you for sharing the fun Matt.

I have trouble describing what makes a flight uncommon and special.

When I sit in the afterglow of a special flight I try to identify what made it special with limited success.

I look forward to visiting with you at Mentone.

Thank you, Vance

Mr. Grey, sounds like had an excellent day flying, just having fun.

Having fun and honing your flying skills who could ask for a better time.

Keep that smiling feeling.

I guess there is at least one good thing about being a noob. Even flying the pattern in training is fun and exhilirating.

Racked up 75 minutes today myself...

Just rolled over 200 hours,
