Default Rotr baby!!!

It is now 1 month until Rotors Over the Rockies.
I'm stoked!
Not as much as I should be though. My Monarch is at the engine shop in Mountain Green, Utah. The engine should be opened up today to find out why I lost compression in the PTO cylinder after only 15 hours of operation. I don't expect it to be finished before ROTR, so I don't expect to be flying it at ROTR this year. But stranger things have happened. It's still going to be a great event! I'm still hoping to do my Sport Pilot check ride with Desmon Butts while he's here. Kevin Richey and I have plans to do some rotor comparrison while there, as I hope to have my new Dragon Wings by then. I've got my GoPro camera and I'll be playing with it the whole time.
It's going to be so fun!!
I also made my reservations for the PRA Convention in Mentone this weekend. The Monarch should be ready for that and I'll have my new trailer by then. The Monarch and my Mean Streak are going to ride to Mentone in style!
Sun's out!
Weather's warm!
Fly-ins are imminent!

Thumbs up Rotr

You'll get to fly solo there regardless whether your engine is done or not.

Glenn,

I'm getting stoked too. I can't believe it is just about a month away. Wow times flies by when your having fun. I sure wish you all the luck in the world on gettin your machine back up and running, that will really be a shame if you can't fly it at ROTR.

Best of luck getting yer powerplant back up & 'sewing-machine-smooth'!!

And above you mentioned having made your reservations @ Mentone. Does that mean you WILL NOT be mooching a spot under my trailer to plant yer swag ??
