It is with great sadness today I found out the autopsy results of my fathers death. Everyone couldn't believe he passed so soon and I myself still wait by the phone expecting a call from him at times, but I told everyone I would keep them informed so here it is. There was prior heart damage resulting in major heart scaring leaving some arteries slightly blocked at the time of his last heart attack his arteries were 100% blocked. He did know of his condition but chose not to worry anyone. Thanks to all

Hi Blaze!!
I too find it hard to believe he is really gone. We have lost one of our best members. Hang in there Blaze share your memories with family generations to come that is about all I've been able to do to compensate for my fathers lost. As your father was a true close friend to you and my father was to me I can tell you that sadly I do not believe that you will get over it but you will learn how to deal with it. Thank you for keeping us informed many of us really cared about your father and I will miss his positive PM's!

So sorry Blaze, it is very difficult to deal with. My dad died from cancer and even though we knew it was coming it was still hard.
Men do this to themselves, they don't want to alarm anybody so they deal with it themselves. When I had my heart attack I nearly died because I kept telling myself that I would be OK, but I wasn't, I was lucky that I had someone with me that insisted that I go to the hospital which is what saved my life.

While I never met your father I can tell that he was the type of person who would leave a person better for the experience of having known him. I am sorry for your loss the gyro community's loss and the loss to humanity for the passing of an obviously high quality person.

Thank you Blaze for the follow up. He was the very first person welcoming me to this forum. I have lost both my parents at a very early age and I know there is nothing we can say that will dull the pain. Hang in there. My deepest condolences to the whole family.
ps: glad you joined the forum this could be some therapy....... |

Blaze- Thanks for coming in here and posting. Losing a parent is tough. My mom passed away 29 years ago, and I still miss her very much. My dad is 91 and still driving tractors. Mark was very well liked and respected. Stan
