gyroav8r (Roy) ... Is that you flying in the video ?
I have heard of .... "flying backwards" .... & ... "downward spirals" .... and found your demonstration captured it well . . The smoke really highlights the maneuvers. Whoever held the camera did a great job as well. I also appreciate hearing the engine - prop - rotor ..... best music in the world. As hard as I try to remain anchored in helicopters .... I confess that video almost made me want a gyro just as bad.

Wow, what an excellent example of the flight envelope!!
I always enjoy watching you fly Roy... and I learn just what an experienced pilot can do with a gyroplane = amazing!!! Wow, thanks for sharing!!

Roy- You have the best smoker out there. Watching the smoke interact with the rotor vortices while you are back sliding is the coolest thing I have seen in person. That video you posted captured it as well. Simply superb flying and that smoke enhances how manueverable a gyro is. Stan
