That's great news! I know that has been a long and hard project. My thanks to all those that have volunteered countless hours to make this dream a reality. That is a very large benefit to have all that information available to anyone that is willing to just join the PRA organization for a few bucks each year. Way to go!!!!

It is not from 1987 to present.

We have just uploaded the entire year of 1987 issues, the 25th year for the PRA, this year is the 50th.

Volunteers headed up by John Rountree are scanning in ALL of the issues from the start of the PRA and they will all be available in the Members-only section.

We are about 1/3 of the way there. John tells me that one hold up is that some people will volunteer, we ship them a box of mags and after they realize just how much work it is they get behind or stop. Then we have the issue of having the box of magazines shipped back to John. I think John is getting so frustrated he is just scanning in most of them himself.

I wish we could do that.

Unfortunately, there is an 'underground business' of stealing content on the internet.

We have already had several confirmed people that 'steal' content then sell it on ebay as a CD or their own websites, join the PRA just to try to copy this material down.

The volunteers have put too much time, effort and in John, Tony, and my case, our money into this project to have this valuable member benefit taken away from the PRA.

Someone could still sell this content on other sites but let them at least have to acquire every single back issue that ever was printed, scan them, format them, upload and post them as well.

Scanning back issues does not sound like a lot of work but it is, trust me.

Apparently I have some of the older issues of "Rotorcraft" like the December 1977 that I mentioned on Arliss Riggs tractors. Who should I send these older issues to for scanning??
