Default Feel good story for the day.

article text:

Assailant suffers injuries from fall

Orville Smith, a store manager for Best Buy in Augusta, Georgia, told police he observed a male customer, later identified as Tyrone Jackson of Augusta, on surveillance cameras putting a laptop computer under his jacket. When confronted the man became irate, knocked down an employee, drew a knife and ran for the door.

Outside on the sidewalk were four Marines collecting toys for the “Toys for Tots” program. Smith said the Marines stopped the man, but he stabbed one of the Marines, Cpl. Phillip Duggan, in the back; the injury did not appear to be severe.

After Police and an ambulance arrived at the scene Cpl. Duggan was transported for treatment.

“The subject was also transported to the local hospital with two broken arms, a broken ankle, a broken leg, several missing teeth, possible broken ribs, multiple contusions, assorted lacerations, a broken nose and a broken jaw…injuries he sustained when he slipped and fell off of the curb after stabbing the Marine,” according to a police report.

Every city should have those "Very Tall Curbs" like they use in Augusta Georgia.

That low-life puke deserved every one of those fall induced injuries.

LMAO.
But it's kind of sad that the Marines and the police were forced to make up a story rather than being commended for doing the right thing. That's a commentary on our society, I'm afraid.

Nice ending. If it was the police that caused the "fall" everyone would be screaming police brutality tho.

Several years ago, a shoplifter ran out a store with a bottle of cologne, a security guard gave chase.
The store was in the Homewood Mall, on Halsted street in Homewood, IL. (Google map it, 41.571087,-87.633991) The guard stopped the chase when the offender jumped a high fence and ran off into the woods. The high fence and woods were on the rim of the Material Service quarry. The "suspect" fell several hundred feet to his death. I'm guessing his parent(s) probably sued the store, the guard and Material Service.

If you are going to be stupid, you had better be tough, I mean what did he think was going to happen when you stab a Marine in the back?
Some lessons in life are learned hard...hopefully this puke will have plenty of time to reflect upon his great act of stupidity while he recovers. The marines deserve a commendation medal as well as the cops.
Stories like this help restore my faith in humanity.

Faith in humanity would be respect even for the worst of criminals. No one should take the law in his own hands. No medals from me.

Thanks

I can't see what he said but I agree with ya my brotha. I am still wondering why he is not banned...he obviously comes in here to stir the pudding by spewing his idiotic rhetoric and twisted ideology and contributes nothing to the gyrosport. Freaking pinko commie. BTW there is no first amendment on a privately held forum all you crybabies!
