Default Mentone Buzz??

Maybe I am the only one getting this impression, but Mentone starts today by my calendar. There seem to be few discussions, fewer pictures and more conversations about folks not attending than excitement about the event.

I'm guessing SOMEONE is there. No pictures? No comments?

Having a good time, wish you were here.

Seriously.

I took some pix today and left my camera in the car.

Tim O posted pix in another thread somewhere. We filled the local motels and overloaded the local restaurant tonight

Weather turned great today... got windy, then calmed at sunset. First time In saw the PPGs fly here.

2 Xenons, a Twinstarr or two and the usual and the usual assortment of the more popular brands.

A lot more vendors than in previous years.

Sorry Jon and friends, there is so little time when you got so many friends to party with.

No time really; unless we give up sleeping completely.

Sorry got to go back to the party!!! More soon!

The fireworks show tonight was really good. A lot better than I expected.

Scott Lewis said about 55 Powered Parachutes have shown up so far. The mix of aircraft has worked out exceptionally well.

There are more vendors here this year than in the past few years. The Amish are back again this year selling home made ice cream and pie.
