Question G-1 Ultralight Helicopter

I have heard of this helicopter and its unsafe characteristics. Can it be made safe? Does anyone have more info on this aircraft? Thanks...

Without the ability of autorotation in the event of an engine failure you would not want to fly it higher than you would want to crash. The answer then is NO, not without substantial redesign and much added complexity.
