Default More ROC Pics

Here is the first batch. Looks like we all had a good time, eh?

The ramp was often fairly busy on Saturday.

Ron Awad used a little "tongue action" to squeeze the last little bit of thrust out of his little scooter.

Ken Rehler's exquisite piece of engineering shown rolling down the runway as it gets light on the gear.

Default more ROC pics

Ron Awad flew just about everything there. First pic is in Dan McAllister's Air Command. Second is in Ron Sligar's Pit Bull.

Third pic is Chuck's Bensen with an A75 Continental. Someone please let me know Chuck's last name.

Fourth pic is Bo Collins's Mad Max 2-place,.. a real mover.

Somebody please let me know if I don't have the names correct.

Default still more ROC pics

A couple of Spadafora pics in his new side-by-side Air Command. Nice machine that has a very healthy EA-81.

Dana Linn strapped on his Starbee and "slipped the surly bonds" early Saturday.

Tim Verroi diving at the cameraman.

Default More pics 12 Oct

A few more from a really fine fly-in,...

Ernie demos the Sub4-powered 2-place Dominator.

Gary Neal on a high-speed pass in the Lonesome Dove.

John Stevens shows a relatively high-speed pass, with Ken Rehler on deck.

Ron Awad steals a ride in yet another gyro.

Nice pics Bob, I figured you were going to get some good shots when I saw you on the other side of the runway.
Too bad we don't have any sound to hear Ron's Dixie horns.

Bob & Ron, We would like to thank you for the pics. Bob if you snapped any more of Shar & I flying, we would really like to see them. The one you posted of us in the air is now our wallpaper & one of my proudest moments!
That may be just the thing we need to get us through to spring, if I don't get my butt moving & the weather doesn't get better soon.

Thanks to everyone at ROC for making it the best flyin I have ever attended.
